Who Is Chuck?
I am a Michigan native and have lived in Central Florida for about 30 years. I have been happily married for nearly 30 years and have two wonderful children, one of whom works with me and specializes as a buyer's agent. I graduated from Winter Park High School and have earned degrees from the Culinary Institute of America and Liberty University. I enjoy cycling, 3-D archery, hunting, and fishing in my spare time. I have been involved in real estate for many years and take pride in my ability to serve my customers' needs 24/7.
To effectively meet your needs, I continuously attend education courses (earning numerous advanced designations), stay abreast of homeowner assistance programs, and study market trends. I work to maintain a high standard and a professional image to make the sale or purchase of your home, land, or farm become a reality. Words can never express how much I enjoyed and loved working with Kyla. For me, I never wanted to work with a realtor due to fears of them scamming me and just “talking a good game”. Kyla eased that fear the very first time we met. Kyla was excellent. She was very kind & understanding. The closing on my home was a mess! Everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. Kayla sat with me the entire day at the closing office waiting for a wire transfer. She made a difficult day much easier for me. The purchase of my new home was swift & easy bc of her. She also made sure that I won the bid on my new home with a secret she uses, as there were 5 offers!! I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling.
